How to Activate DIDO?

What is DIDO?

DIDO stands for Drive In Drive Out. If you have registered and activated the GlobalPark app, you may enter and exit participating car parks via Licence Plate Recognition (LPR), provided there is sufficient balance in your GlobalPark Wallet.

1. Register GlobalPark Account

Before activating DIDO, make sure you have a GlobalPark account. Watch the tutorial video for registration guidance.

2. Activate DIDO

Make sure your account is logged in. One of the requirements to activate DIDO is to have a balance, so top up your GP Wallet according to the minimum requirements. Enter your vehicle details, and turn on the DIDO switch. You can watch the video for more information.
