For all wallet-related services and transactions facilitated through FassPay, the FassPay Privacy Policy shall apply in addition to this GlobalPark Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the two, the provisions of FassPay’s Privacy Policy prevail insofar as they relate to wallet services and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is provided by FASS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS SDN BHD (a fully owned subsidiary of SOFT SPACE SDN BHD) (“FASSPAY”, “we” or “us”) in collaboration with EDISIJUTA PARKING SDN. BHD. (‘’EDISIJUTA PARKING’’) for the provision of E-Wallet and E-Payment solutions.

- We may collect and hold personal information/data about you, that is, information that can identify you, including but without limitation your full name, postal and email address, other contact details, identification details, payment details, IP Address, network information, device and user identifiers, financial account details and other information relevant to us providing you with the services which we receive from you through your relationship with us (for example information provided by you in application forms, agreements signed with us, verbal or written communications with us and our authorized representatives etc.), our Website, mobile application, customer service centre, walk-in or distribution channels and other distribution channels (“Personal Information”).
